Signs of success

To be successful in this role, you'll need a rich combination of client engagement experience, ETL development, and personal attributes. You will have strong problem-solving capabilities and work in a team. You will have evidence of an analytical mindset, demonstrating how you have leveraged ETL tools and technologies to data driven decisions. You will have strong stakeholder management skills, with an ability to communicate technical solutions to business users and the client. You will need to be able to get or already have security clearance.

Skills we can't do without:

SQL

At least one ETL tool e.g. SSIS, Talend, Datastage,

Appreciation of Enterprise Data Modelling

Analytical and logical mindset

Stakeholder management experience

Effective communicator and influencer

Skills we'd like:

Experience of designing data warehouses

Understanding of analytical tools e.g. Tableau, Qlik, Thoughtspot.
