Your primary responsibility will be to drive improvements in quality by ensuring products are delivered to spec with areas of non-conformance being identified.Main Duties & Responsibilities: To maintain QA standards and procedures in accordance with the Company's Quality PolicyTo ensure Goods In, First Offs, Inline and Final inspections are carried outEnsure your inspection work is completed within the expected time framesEnsure that Production Supervisors are aware of any production errors foundInform the Quality Manager of any major production errors found so they can take appropriate actionWhen required, support other areas of the business when and where the need arises as directed by the Quality ManagerThe ideal Candidate will have/ be:Have the ability to work both in a team environment and individuallyHave a good understanding of IPC-A-610/J-STD-001 inspection/workmanship standardsSelf-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervisionHave good hand-eye co-ordination and the ability to work with small components accuratelyWilling to undertake any training relevant to the roleLogical and methodical in their approach with a high attention to detailGood communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal with a good understanding of written EnglishBenefits:In Return we offer a great package including coaching, training and many re-wards and benefits.We offer advantages such as sabbaticals, generous pensions, discretionary bonuses, share option schemes and work experience.
