Key performance Indicators:

Products delivered on time, to cost and user accepted to standards

Story point velocity (measure of efficiency)

No. bugs/issues reported on the products

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Define data integration principles and standards on data platform with surrounding systems

Gather business requirements, translate them into information solutions and identify required data structures and data flows

Facilitate communication between use case teams, business and IT/IM

Support the squads in identifying the required data on data platform to develop the use case

Engage extended architectural team to create conceptual architecture diagrams

Define categorisation of information to build coherent structure and define metadata repository

Coordinate with Data Engineer to define constraints and to ensure feasibility with timely development of solutions

Ensure compliance with global data governance, communicate frequently with relevant stakeholders

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Essential:

Previous experience of Data Analysis and Architecture

Previous experience in managing data systems or in data management field

Previous experience of projects within agile, scrum framework

Previous experience and knowledge of various data management tools (i.e. SDS etc.) & MS Excel / Access

Previous experience with modern data-oriented architectures, databases and information system technologies

Knowledge of data architecture principles, patterns and technologies

Knowledge of cloud technologies (GCP or Azure)

Knowledge of integrated data solution designs (e.g., ESB, CRM, and BI)

Excellent level of ability to structure, analyse/ interpret data

Ability to work with multi-disciplinary technical and non-technical teams

Desirable:

Some engineering knowledge to ensure meaningful initial problem definition

Extensive knowledge of a range of research techniques and methodologies

Experience of international projects in multiple markets
