Reporting to the Director of Direct Analytics & Insight, the Lead Digital E-Commerce Analyst will provide leadership to deliver a data-driven approach to the development of their e-commerce platform. Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for ensuring every E-Commerce development and enhancement initiative is data-driven, outcome-focused, and the expected ROI or other benefit is clearly identified.For every initiative, to measure whether those initiatives delivered the business ambition post-launch.Work across the Product Owner function, product categories, markets, UX and creative at senior level.Empower and partner with key decision makers to ensure timely, comprehensive and insightful information that has business impact Key Skills: Confident and comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders, the Lead Digital E-Commerce Analyst will be very curious, with the ability to take data and apply highly effective analytical methodologies to uncover valuable digital insights.You will have a detailed understanding of the relative roles all parts of a company play in delivering a premium experience; whether the audience is researchers, shoppers or owners.You will need to have proven commercial experience with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics in an enterprise environment. Experience with other tools including GCP, Looker and Decibel would be advantageous.Proven experience of looking and delivering ways to improve analytics capability; working with Product Owners to introduce world class analytics.
