Business Support ManagerUp to £357.50 per day PAYE2 month contractRemote / London Job Profile:Global Sustainability sets the global strategy on sustainability and focuses on managing the challenges of climate change, managing the social and environmental risks of projects that we finance and identifying business opportunities that have an environmental or social dimension. Global Sustainability oversees the clients global philanthropic programmes - which focus on education and the environment. The principal accountability would be to implement and co-ordinate a range of activities and initiatives which are designed to have a positive impact on education and the environment:The job will involve some or all of the following tasks: Project management: coordinate with the clients UK Climate Solution partners to create activation plan for the Innovation programme in the UKcoordinate with internal stakeholders on initiatives such as CSP WG, mentoring and communicationscoordinate and review the UCL sector research with Marketing, CMB and CSdevelop tools and channels that facilitate knowledge exchange and best practice sharing across Future Skills leads, as well as enhance internal and external visibility of key Future Skills initiatives around the worldevaluate efficiency and performance of the clients global charity partners in delivering donation programmes and provide observations; conduct global benchmarking and recommend way forwardcontribute to the capacity building of the global team by identifying learning opportunities, conduct benchmarking on peers and desktop research on social and business topics, and organise expert knowledge on Future Skills Day-to-day administration arrange, participate and follow up on meetings with stakeholders in the UK and Group teamdraft emails, documents and presentations to support team initiativesoperate internal systems, such as those related to the above Other responsibilities:Support or manage philanthropic programmes in alignment with the Group's charitable donation pillars and in adherence to related governance and risk management policies and proceduresSupport or manage Corporate Sustainability donation and non-donation budgetManagement of Regional/Country Corporate Sustainability programmes and activities, including employee engagement activities and capacity building programmesWork collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support sustainable operations initiatives in Region/CountrySupport or manage internal and external communication initiatives related to sustainability, including supporting employee engagement forums such as the Sustainability Employee Resource Group (ERG) and local Climate Action Network chapter (CAN)
