North Bristol NHS have embarked on a Digital Transformation Programme that will see the organisation transition to a full Electronic Patient Record (EPR).  The EPR is a digital electronic patient record system developed to improving the patient experience, patient safety and quality of care.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and highly motivated individual with experience in healthcare, project management and great organisational skills to contribute to the EPR working alongside the Programme, Project Managers and Clinical Leads.

The Senior Programme Support Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective governance arrangements to support great programme outcomes. The Senior Programme Support Manager will work with a wide range of people across the organisation to collect and report on programme progress and highlight any issues. It's a highly varied role that will suit someone who enjoys working at pace, who wants to get under the skin of the information they report on and can see how different work streams and initiatives can impact on one another. They will also ensure that key programme and project management deliverables, definitions, plans, organisation diagrams, progress reports, issue and risk logs, are in place and suitably current, so that there is a realistic view of the work streams and the programme as a whole at any point in time.

An ideal candidate will be proactive and flexible with their approach to all tasks, be able to produce clear concise records of actions and record all decisions made at meetings, supporting the Programme Manager, Project managers and various Workstreams within the programme.

If you are an enthusiastic team player who relishes working in a challenging, exciting environment and one who is willing to engage and contribute fully to the success of the programme, then this role is for you.
