1st /2nd line support helping with rollouts, deployments, periphery support and desktop support. Typical day could consist of tickets to re-image laptops or rollout a new batch of phones etc.Client DetailsManaged Service ProviderDescriptionAt least 12 months experience working with PCs/laptops and Windows 10.Familiar with TCP/IP principles.Familiar with desktop imaging/cloning techniques. Familiar with mobile phone operating systems and configuration.
