This leading developer of technical software is seeking to strengthen its software team based in the exciting city of Eindhoven. They seek Senior Software Engineers - RTOS / Linux who will be involved in the development of very high quality software at all levels under Linux and RTOS in C and C++. The Senior Software Engineers - RTOS / Linux will be responsible for technically leading embedded software development projects, mentoring junior Software Engineers and for hands on software development. The Senior Software Engineers - RTOS / Linux will also be working closely with customer software engineering teams working in a variety of product development projects targeting mobile devices, automotive, medical devices and Industry 4.0 (IIoT) applications. You will have 3+ years post graduate hands-on software development experience and your skills should include in-depth Linux and RTOS knowledge (gained at embedded to UI level) coupled with C and C++ (exposure to other programming languages is a plus). You should have experience of the complete software development lifecycle and working closely with in house and customer engineering teams (at all levels). You will also need excellent written and spoken English skills and also be able to display a real passion for developing software at all levels. These positions are urgent so you need to be able to freely travel to Eindhoven for interview and to start your employment. Candidates also need to be fully authorised to live and work in the EU.
