Omega Red is a successful, growing company that is looking for talented employees who want to work in an environment that is challenging and rewarding.The RoleWorking within the operations team you will help coordinate and run our team of lightning conductor fitters in the Midlands area. Predominately focused on facilitating repair works; you will be responsible for scheduling works, managing resource, labour and materials alongside assisting on people management issues. With a requirement to set and uphold key standards of work, you will be confident in completing risk and method statements, auditing sites and liaising with clients in a professional but commercial manner.The Candidate:To be successful - you will adopt a 'hands on' approach with an ability to command respect from peers and efficiently drive a team forwards. Holding experience within the contracting, electrical or construction industry with an electrical knowledge a distinct advantage, you will thrive on problem solving tasks and display excellent organisational skills.
