Senior Software Engineer - Performance Analysis - Gaming (Mobile & Cloud) Remote working available This cutting edge company develops market leading performance analysis tools for gaming tech and development companies around the world. They are looking to hire a Senior Engineer who will fulfil a role providing in-depth consultancy to their global clients. You will be an experienced Software Engineer looking for a role where you will be given fresh challenges and problems to solve on a regular basis. You will work with customers across the world to investigate and analyse performance on a wide range of devices and technologies.  You will develop software prototypes and write scripts in C/C++, use third party performance analysis tools for a variety of platforms, you will investigate the root cause of a bottleneck and use performance data to identify issues with user experience.  Key skills and experience:10+ years of software development experienceA programming "generalist" ideally with C/C++ experienceExperience in gaming software (mobile and/or cloud) would be idealHungry for problem solving and improving performanceStrong communication skills and ability to liaise with customersAny experience in reverse engineering or with performance analysis tools is a bonus This is a senior role that will suit an experienced Software Engineer who is interested in performance and solving problems for globally renowned technology companies from the comfort of their own home (and/or in the office).
