The company has set out clear growth plans and goals which include two times growth and the successful delivery of 50,000 homes by 2023.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Senior Management position and has played a leading role in the growth and management within your region. You will have managed all aspects of similar projects to ensure delivery and performance. This will involve managing a small localised team which will be assisted by subcontract labour to deliver the projects, you will be reporting to the COO.

The Role:

*Manage a small localised team which are supported by subcontractors

*Liaising with key stakeholders for the project, reporting to COO.

*Plan, monitor and deliver projects from cradle to grave focussing on safety, time management, cost and quality

*Manage and develop

The Person:

*Previous experience within a similar Senior Management Position

*Worked in a similar environment, ideally FTTP/FTTH

*Good knowledge of Construction Design Management, Construction Phase Plan and Health and Safety
