Android Developer who has strong Kotlin, Android SDK, Java and Dagger 2.0 skills with a solid understanding of MVC, MVP and MVVM Architectures is required for a new and exciting project based in Loughton, Essex.

RATE: up to £650 per Day (depending on experience)

LOCATION: Loughton, Essex

The site has great transport links to both the M11/M25/A406/A12 and the Central Line within 30 second walk

JOB TYPE: The company will consider both Full-Time, Contract and Permanent Candidates. Contract roles can be available up to 12 month for the right candidate.

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Android Developer who has strong Kotlin, Android SDK, Java and Dagger 2.0 skills with a solid understanding of MVC, MVP and MVVM Architectures

Working as the Android Developer you will take on a lead role within the team in the design and development of an innovative, cutting edge new web browser. Candidates with previous experience developing web browsers will be highly sought after. However, we realise that this is quite a niche application and will consider all senior level candidates who have a solid and proven development background with the ability to research and implement the best solutions and approaches to develop this type of application in the most efficient and productive way possible.

As the Android Developer you will have the following key skills:

Native development experience

Ability to write well-structured clear code

Strong Kotlin, Android SDK, Java, Dagger 2.0

A solid understanding of MVC, MVP & MVVM architectures

Experience working with Android frameworks

Use of RESTful web services

Integration knowledge of with REST and other API and endpoints

Database experience (Firebase and advantage)

Source code management (GIT)

Google analytics

Test-Driven Development

Crashlytics
