My client requires an Evergreen Coordinator to join a thriving business.
DURATION: 6 MONTHS
PAY RATE: £200 PER DAY
The successful candidate will assist the Delivery Manager with various administration and tooling tasks that underpin the Evergreen process. These tasks will include raising the necessary change controls in ITSM, configuration and use of Verdant (Evergreen Orchestration tool) to create business rules, test products and to deploy packaged updates which support our standard service plan. This role will also focus on the general administration of Verdant assuring data integrity, reporting, data queries and troubleshooting. Potential candidates must be self-managing, proactive, and forward thinking.
Roles & Responsibilities
Delivery ManagementService Assistance - 40%
oProvide administration support to Delivery Managers.
oProvide general cover for alligned Delivery Manager.
oAssist Exception Management team with incident investigation and resolution
oInput to continuous service improvement forum (process and tooling).
End-to-end management of Verdant - 60%
oCreate Change records to support the deployment strategy.
oCreate Business rules and Test Products in Verdant.
oControl the deployment schedule by using Verdant to deploy packaged updates to end points.
oCreate publishable deployment status reports to internal stakeholders and customers.
oCapture reporting requirements and compile new views or reports.
oIdentifying of new, review existing, and provision of Business rules at the beginning of each Feature Release phase.
oAmend Verdant configuration at the beginning of each Feature release phase and throughout the process as required.
o1st line support for the Evergreen deployment team addressing queries or adhoc data changes to the Verdant tool.
1+ years of Project management.
oChange Management experience.
oIncident Management experience.
oProject Co-Ordination or Release Management experience.
oExcellent attention to detail.
oAdvanced Excel skills.
oAbility to Pro Actively work under pressure and adapt quickly.
oSelf motivated, able to work off own initiative or as part of a team when required.
oExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
oDemonstrated ability to work with cross-functional work teams toward task completion and escalate when required.
oCommitted to client satisfaction and ownership of issues.
oProven presentation skills.
