Our cadre of experts builds professional project leadership capacity and capability, ready to deploy across government and deliver world-class results. The Function, Profession and Standards Team sets and drives continuing improvement in functional standards of project delivery; builds professional capability and capacity; delivers world-class leadership and learning programmes; and provides leadership to the project delivery profession across government. About the role Joining the Function, Profession and Standards Team, you will contribute to the establishment of the Government Projects Academy (GPA), a single, virtual hub enabling project delivery professionals across government to access standards, accreditation and training materials. Specifically, you will utilise your experience in business change and implementation to support the development and roll-out of professional accreditation and a new project delivery learning curriculum.  Expect to work closely with other members of the Function, Profession & Standards team, particularly the Leadership & Learning and Resource and Talent team as well as internal and external stakeholders. About you Combining technical and commercial understanding in the project delivery field, you'll have a strong track-record of working in business change and implementation roles. Stakeholder management experience is key and you'll be capable of wielding influence at all levels. With well-developed communication skills, you'll be equipped to document brief and present our projects to a range of audiences. You must hold an APMG Change Management Practitioner qualification, while related professional project delivery qualifications would be an advantage.
