We are currently recruiting a Senior Project Manager with significant experience to manage the successful transformation and migration of financial systems and processes across Coventry Building Society. About You Senior Project Manager technical role requirements: Experience of managing complex projects with a demonstrable track record of succesful delivery of enterprise level finance systems in SaaS estates and transforming existing technologies and processes critical to the functioning of financial institutionsCommercially astute - you will work effectively in partnership with 3rd party suppliers and system integrators across multiple work-streams, ensuring delivery against commitments are achieved whilst working collaboratively.
Pro-actively monitoring and controlling project costs against budget and progress against plan, applying your knowledge and experience to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues where appropriate.
Extensive stakeholder engagement and people management skills - ability to bridge the gap between the technical teams and business users, tackle aversions to change and win over the hearts and minds of business users
Experience of delivering Target Operating Model process changes in a complex and expanding environment
Demonstrable experience of delivery within compliance frameworks, providing solutions which adhere to UK and European banking regulations
PRINCE2, MSP or similar qualification including Waterfall / Agile methodologies (ideally)
