Within the Insurance and Wealth Division and are actively using data to shape the roadmap for future Scottish Widows deliveries, leveraging the advantages we have as part of the wider Lloyds Banking Group to create industry leading, outstanding, experiences for our customers.

About the role:

We are looking for a Digital Analyst to support our Scottish Widows Digital team. As a Digital Analyst you will be working in our specialist Data Analytics Centre of Expertise supporting all projects in the I&W Division to ensure consistent implementation, data accuracy, and reporting best practices across our digital estate.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a team pioneering new analytics processes, prototyping new tools, experimenting with data visualisation techniques, and working to enrich web data with business data. The work is fast paced but highly engaging and rewarding.

Here's where you'll make a difference:

Implementing appropriate web analytics tools across a range of new and existing websites and journeys.

Creating reporting dashboards in multiple analytics and visualisation tools.

You'll see opportunities for improvement across our digital estate.

Work to upskill colleagues on reporting tools to encourage engagement with data and enable self service.

Supporting feature teams with ad-hoc data requests, utilising business knowledge, to guide development decisions.

What we need from you:

Previous experience with Adobe Analytics or similar web analytics tools

Strong Excel skills

Experiences with data visualisation tools

Tag Management experience (Tealium, Google Tag Manager)

Basic JavaScript experience

You'll have great problem solving skills and the creative ability to propose solutions and identify opportunities.

Be comfortable working within multi-disciplinary teams, with experience prioritising personal workload across multiple projects.

You'll be passionate about self-improvement, always seeking opportunities to continue learning and to pioneer new techniques or tools.
