2 X Service desk analysts with excellent customer service and previous 1st line support experience needed for permanent roles based in Bristol.

The client is a industry challenger taking on the larger blue chips that currently dominate their industry but with an excellent offering they are growing at an incredible rate. With that they are growing their service desk teams for internal and external customers. For this they will need someone who has experience working on a technical support desk within IT or networking and excellent customer service skills. ITIL would be a desirable but not essential.
Essential Experience
Technical Service Desk Background (Networking, Microsoft etc)
Excellent Demonstrable Customer Service
