My client is a fast growing machine vision technology company headquartered in Europe. Due to recent business success, they are looking for a Japan Sales Manager to join them.Responsibilities
Achieving growth ambitions and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales teamDesigning and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presenceManaging recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representativesBuild and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needsPresent sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the management teamIdentify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition statusWork closely with Marketing to generate new leads and prospects Grow a selected set of key accounts by maintaining and develop strong relationships with customersBe well organized and be able to lead the sales team and manage the daily operations effectively Actively contribute to the success of the sales team in other regions /time zonesQualifications
BS/MS degree in business administration or a related fieldSuccessful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targetsCommitted to continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and conferencesDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizationProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeStrong business sense and industry expertiseExcellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skillsWillingness to travelPlease get in touch with Kaiyin.
