Job Title: Resource Coordinator

  Job purpose: An amazing client of ours a leading global organisation is looking for a Resource Coordinator to join their amazing team in London. This individual will be working in close cooperation with the Head of Resource Management & Business Operations, this individual will hold a key role within the business. They will have the responsibility for manager in the Inter-Company contractors and the associated processes with this. The roles of this job will include, offering administrative and co-ordination duties, ensuring that all data maintains accurate and efficient. You will need to be able to communicate in a professional manner and have stakeholder management skills as well as patience. You will need to be comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Control over the Interco contractor set and up and extensions.Work in partnership with Strategic Staffing to ensure aligned contractor headcount numbers.Utilise Kimble to ensure accurate SF Forecasting, Assignment Maintenance, TroubleshootingGuarantee that month end reporting is on time and accurate, to enable business to identify and convey results and trendsOversee day to day operational queries.Assist in monitoring the sales/demand pipeline, supporting the Head of Resource Management to monitor and manage our demand and supplyUpkeep all systems and data including Kimble (resource planner) and SAP (timesheet management)Understand Interco demand and ensure it is captured in our Resource Management tool, Kimble, to enable key milestones to be accurately reflectedSAP time entry support for the businessContribute to efficient business processesSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:Excellent team working skills including the ability to contribute proactively and supportively to the delivery of team initiativesHighly numerate and analyticalAbility to interpret data, with strong problem solving skills with the ability to think outside the boxGood knowledge of ExcelKnowledge or ability to become a strong user of SAPHighly motivated and Results driven with a view to developing an expanding roleConfident communication skillsComfortable under pressure working to tight deadlines with a proactive and calm approach  If this sounds like the ideal role for you, and you would love to work as Resource Coordinator, as part of a highly successful team please apply within.
