Job Title: IFS10 Finance Trainer & IFS10 Asset Maintenance & Repair Inside IR35Location:UK Department/Practice: Job Purpose and primary objectives: To provide training in the IFS10 Finance Modules to key users and end users in the APM Terminals global organisation, in accordance to the agreed roll out Plan To provide training in the IFS10 Asset Maintenance & Repair Modules to key users and end users in the APM Terminals global organisation, in accordance to the agreed roll out Plan Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): To be part of the Business Change Management (BCM) Team provided by TCS to support the WoW10 Transformational Programme at APM Terminals - Supervisory / Managerial responsibilities (please specify if the position will have persons reporting to it): None - Other responsibilities - Budgets, targets, equipment etc (please specify): None Key Skills/Knowledge: IFS10 Finance Deep practical knowledge of the basic data set up, master data requirements and transactional processes in all aspects of the IFS10 Finance Module, to include ? Accounts Payables and Receivables ? Asset Accounting ? GL Accounting - period end and month end ? Business Reporter IFS10 Asset Maintenance & Repair Deep practical knowledge of the basic data set up, master data requirements and transactional processes in all aspects of the IFS10 Asset Maintenance & Repair module to include: ? PM Plans ? Work Orders ? Work Tasks/ Work Task Templates ? Measurements ? Scheduling For both roles experience of training delivery, using remote working technology is required. Training needs analysis experience is also a requirement and training planning and scheduling. Ability to work with Business Analysts working on process gap analysis activities and IFS functional consultants from a 3rd Party vendor engaged on the Programme Experience required: Experience of Training in IFS10 on 2 Projects, involving teams on a multi country scale Experience of Transformational implementations of IFS Experience of early versions of IFS - 7.5 & 8 - to enable understanding of the gaps for the end user experience in IFS10 Functional Training in the relevant IFS10 Module Creating Training Materials in support of IFS10 Training delivery Strong understanding of best practice processes in the functional areas and ability to communicate with client side professionals - CFOs/ Accountants// Maintenance Managers/ Planners/ Scheduling/ Technicians Duration of the Assignment:6 Months
