Job purpose and mission As a digital programme delivery manager, you will be accountable for the end-to-end execution and management  of digital customer experience programmes in EMEA.  These programmes are key priorities and growth-enablers for the regional business as we get back to post-pandemic trading levels.  Initially, the role will focus on establishing and executing a programme to accelerate implementation of Delivers services in key markets across the region.  This Delivers Acceleration Programme involves supporting our licensees in the region to finalise commercial contracts with aggregators such as Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat-Takeaway.com and others, design their store rollout programmes across markets, and implement via vendors, EMEA Support Centre partners, and local market stakeholders.  The EMEA Digital Customer Experience & Loyalty team in to which this role reports, is accountable for shaping and executing the digital strategy for the region, aiming to increase the number of customers that use Starbucks' digital channels, by growing awareness and engagement, delivering regular innovation and creating leading digital experiences that meet our customers' changing needs and continue to differentiate the Starbucks Brand.   Key Job Dimensions & Scope of Role EMEA

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm Summary of Key Responsibilities     Lead the cross-functional effort to accelerate implementation of Delivers capabilities in EMEA markets.  This involves coordinating EMEA Support Centre, Licensee, Delivers providers and Technology vendor activities across the following workstreams: Legal, Finance, Accounting & Tax Technology - multi-vendor Security Compliance  Operations Product menus, packaging & supply chain Health & Safety  Food Safety Marketing & Public Affairs Launch Delivers services in ‘greenfield' markets, markets requiring Delivers footprint expansion, and markets where Delivers capacity increases are required Beyond the initial Delivers Acceleration Programme, manage other large programmes as assigned, and managesindividual projects when needed  Manage and drive, as assigned, the overall digital programme delivery including end-to-end execution of the priority digital projects for the EMEA business Work with the immediate team to ensure product & service propositions, business requirements, business cases, and other artifacts shape the programme Contribute from experience, to shaping minimum viable product scenarios in the Mobile app, Loyalty and Delivers programmes Align project objectives against business objectives and authorise the selection and planning of all related projects and activities; keep teams focused on achieving stated business goals of the digital initiatives Drive cross-functional and virtual workstreams leads to achieve programme objectives Embed the new ways of working, including newly defined accountabilities, responsibilities and EMEA digital programme governance, within all project delivery, creating structure and repeatable processes for project execution based on delivery of  ‘greenfield' digital projects Manage the senior stakeholder community through disciplined programme reporting and updates, one-to-one engagements to overcome challenges, and collaborative efforts with their teams Ensure that measurement of project successes & business case benefit, and budgetary controls are embedded in to project execution Responsible for financial tracking and cost management within project delivery, and benefits measurement & tracking mechanisms post-project implementation Influence and drive Technology, Operations and other teams to execute their project workstreams as part of the wider digital business programme Support the General Manager community in helping markets plan and prioritise their new projects Assesses, tracks, and identifies resourcing, funding and dependencies for programmes and projects Identify creative solutions to any obstacles or blockers that could compromise the successful roll out of agreed digital initiatives  Uphold Starbucks values in making all of the above happen. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Experience of managing complext transformation programmes of work Project Management skills; agile and waterfall methodologies; ideally with formal certification Managing virtual, cross-functional project teams to achieve delivery goals Senior stakeholder management Financial management of projects Vendor management for execution Commercial accumen Polished presentation skills including content development Experience with ened-to-end digital programmes of work such as Mobile Application launches, Loyalty programme launches or ideally, launches of Delives services Starbucks is committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce .
