The Manchester Jaguar Land Rover teams have been at the forefront of the transition to Digital, Agile and DevOps for 3 years, and the DDC (Digital Delivery Centre) is once again building on that success. 

We're looking for passionate Digital Product Owners - technologists, thinkers, and leaders - who can inspire their teams to marry a long-term vision and strategy with excellence in short term execution. 

We have a broad portfolio of work that includes Products, Programmes and Portfolio's, bringing innovation to some of the toughest problems in the organisation. With initiatives such as Software-Over-The-Air, Vehicle Subscriptions, and InDigital (the driving force to transform our business) our teams deliver tangible value and experiences every day.

We're looking for a variety of Agile, Digital and Product experiences in our applicants, but most of all we value the brilliant basics - problem distillation, clear communication, analytically driven, and sound philosophies for harmonising Customer & User Centricity, Business Orientation and Technical Lifecycle into viable strategies and tactics for delivery. WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

In this position, you'll need experience as a Digital or Technology Product Owner within a technical industry and successes (and maybe some failures) in one or more greenfield, brownfield, user-led, data-led, infrastructure-led or software-led products. You will have the first-hand experience in working within an agile, high-quality DevOps, modern software engineering environment.

Ideally, you will also possess:

Agile Transformation experience 

Agile Methodologies at Scale knowledge 

Experience with cloud infrastructure and technologies
