The Manchester JLR teams have been at the forefront of the transition to Digital, Agile and DevOps for 3 years, and the DDC (Digital Delivery Centre) is once again building on that success. The teams here at the DDC are designing and building innovative systems and products in new and exciting ways that reach across the whole of the organisation, our vehicles, and our customers. 

We're looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to support our teams in delivering great work throughout our engagements. You'll play a key role in developing great team dynamics, bringing agile and Agile to life, uncovering and solving challenges, and bringing our principles for quality, engineering and delivery together to realise great delivery outcomes.

This role is a unique opportunity to help support and grow the emerging digital capability within Jaguar Land Rover with opportunities to grow, learn and enhance your career. You'll also have opportunities to contribute to the strategic direction of the DDC and the projects we deliver, as well as inspiring and influencing the wider organisation and our customers.

With initiatives such as Software-Over-The-Air, Vehicle Subscriptions, and InDigital (the driving force to transform our business) our teams deliver tangible value and experiences every day.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

In this position, you'll need experience of agile delivery through multi-disciplinary teams in a CE/CI/CD environment and have successfully applied Agile/XP/Scrum practices and introduced Agile techniques. You can explain and apply the fundamentals of Agile, DevOps, iterative software development and incremental delivery. You will be an Agile advocate with experience of the full lifecycle, from UX and high-quality user stories to driving a satisfactory MVP and beyond with experience working with and supporting the major roles and functions of Product Development teams, including Product Managers, Product Owners and Analysts.

Ideally, you will also possess:

Working knowledge of other Agile/Lean methodologies such as Kanban or Agile at scale

Experience of JIRA, Confluence and Luid
