This company are growing due to significant success and now require a site manager to join their current management team to oversee and run their site.

In this role, you will work in a site based post running and overseeing your construction site with up to 30 team members reporting to you. You will work with contracts managers ensuring projects are ran to sites programs, oversee labour whilst organising tool box talks and ensure materials are available on site to specification and budgets with supplier liaison.

The ideal candidate will work have worked on high end or high budget construction projects before with a degree in construction or equivalent essential. You will reside, have residency or relocate to Guernsey. You will be confident in independently running a site and also on working on multimillion pound projects handling parts of the project in a team of site managers.
