Key Accountabilities:Responsible for delivery activities to achieve the objectives/ requirementsContribute detailed SME knowledge in areas of Data Quality analysis and remediation across Finance Change Delivery & Risk pertaining to operational losses dataDocumentation of functional and technical design documentation, requirements gathering, data translation and management throughout the project life cycle ensuring use of appropriate tools and techniques for the context and application of the required standardsManipulate/ analyse large data sets and have experience integrating various processes into a singular rationalised approachMobilise cross-regional/ functional discussionsEnsure that the delivered solution follows robust, industrialised procedures and meets the required audit and control requirementsApply Agile and DevOps concepts to ways of working, where appropriate, including participating in and running scrum teamsManage detailed definition of system requirements, with traceability through design, development, configuration and testing approachApply an understanding of Business and Finance priorities, drivers and challenges to lead design of strategically aligned solutions, considering aspects of Risk/ RewardInfluence and collaborate with stakeholders, to build consensus and shape change outcomesParticipate / establish and lead working groups to enable the delivery of objectives/ requirements set out in the B3R Operational Risk OutcomeBuild and manage key relationships with internal and external senior stakeholdersUnderstand stakeholders' objectives, direction, priorities and challenges, managing and addressing concerns and objectionsFoster open communication which anticipates stakeholder expectationsChampion and embed outstanding service and customer advocacy Key Experience/Skills Required:Significant experience in the delivery of Change within the Finance/Risk/Technology business domain, including in-depth knowledge of the existing processes and solutions in place for Reporting across multiple Risk types and expertise in Cloud technology solutionsIdeally Operational Risk backgroundA good understanding of FIM, policies and procedures related to loss data capture, management & qualityRecognised analysis, design, development and testing capabilities.Skilled in data modelling and analysisData governance expertise/knowledgeStrong documentation skills, promoting concise and clear written deliverablesExceptional drive, motivation and commitment and focus in operational excellenceDetailed understanding of the Finance/Risk operating model at Group, business and country levelsAbility to work in fast-paced environment with proven ability to handle multiple outputs at the same timeStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with proven experience of communicating effectively and confidently at all levels across the Group in a complex global environmentOutstanding relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills Suitable candidates should submit their CV in the first instance.
