Excellent opportunity for a Data and BI Expert to join a rapidly growing well-funded start-up in a varied and interesting hands-on position where you will help shape the future of the data department.

This company has rapidly grown over the past couple of years and are taking the market by storm with their ecommerce platform. If you are a foodie who loves data, then this is a great opportunity for you! Through growth they are looking for a Data & Business Intelligence specialist to come in and help grow their data team from 1 to 4 over the next year, with a view of being at 10 people within 2 to 3 years.

In this role you will own and manage business intelligence, building out analytics end-to-end through the customer journey and across the business line. You will champion data-driven decisions, supporting the leadership team and business owners with data, analytics, and dashboards. This is the first hire for their data team, and they are looking for a future leader who can help grow their team to over 10 people in the next 2 to 3 years.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business intelligence in ecommerce direct to consumer businesses. You will have strong SQL experience and any experience with PowerBI, Looker or Tableau is beneficial. Experience with data warehousing architecture and data modelling concepts and best practices would be needed. If you have worked for a start-up before then that is great!

The role:

*Fast growing start-up within an ecommerce direct to consumer business

*Set up the data environment and help to grow it to 10 people over the next 2 to 3 years

*Hybrid working, 3 days a week needed on site

The person:

*Experienced in Business Intelligence in ecommerce direct to consumer businesses

*Strong SQL experience

*PowerBI, Looker, Tableau beneficial

*Experience with data warehousing architecture and data modelling concepts and best practices

*Want to help lead a team and create a data environment

*Experience within a start-up beneficial

*Being a foodie is a plus!
