IT Service Desk 2nd Line Support Engineer

£25,000 to £33,000 + Package

Excellent opportunity for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to join a stable, expanding company in a highly varied and interesting role.

Through this period a lot of companies have struggled due to COVID-19, however through working with a range of key clients this organization have continued to thrive. Through growth they are looking for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their busy team.

The idea candidate will have a background within IT Support. 2nd line Service Desk support experience is essential. ITIL Training or knowledge is an advantage, as is JIRA or Confluence experience.
