Excellent opportunity for a Construction Project Manager with a residential and commercial fit out background to join an international business working on high end commercial projects across London.

This well-established company specialise in the construction and fit out of high end commercial, residential, leisure and retail projects across the UK, Europe and Asia. They produce, implement and project manage large scale developments up to £200m and are now underway with their most major UK project. As they are due to start the interior package of this major fit out project they are looking to bring a Project Manager into the team.

In this role you will be working on a multi-million pound hotel fit out project currently underway in Central London. You will be running the interior element consisting of drylining, painting and joinery, therefore a carpentry background would be an advantage. You will be managing a team of over 30 people including designers, site managers, quantity surveyors and will be responsible for the overall running of all elements of the project. You will liaise with clients, provide regular design, survey and progress reports, co-ordinate and guide the teams and ensure the projects run to time and budget. It is essential you have a strong background in the fit out industry with large scale projects.
