Dynamics AX/ 365 F&O Support Consultant - £35-40k - MS Gold Partner!Job DescriptionI am actively recruiting on behalf of a reputable UK Microsoft Gold Partner as they look to bolster their experienced support consultancy team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading force in UK Dynamics AX/ Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations - growing existing knowledge in supporting AX software, whilst learning new skills through certified training. You will work in a friendly, like minded team environment and have the opportunity to support businesses across a host of industries and business processes - offering brilliant career progression prospects.This role is home based, with occasional travel expected to my clients UK offices.Role & Responsibilities2nd/ 3rd line customer support of Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Analysing/ troubleshooting system issues & errors both on-site and remotelyAssisting in project based implementation support - basic development, testing, trainingSkills & QualificationsA proven track record supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & OperationsA diverse modular exposure - ideally including retail, manufacturing, financial or supply chainAbility to troubleshoot AX system issues through to resolution - working autonomously or within team based workAX development skills - X++ (preferable, but not essential)Excellent communication skills, written and verbal with the ability to support remotely or face to faceBenefitsA competitive base salary up to £40,000 (experience dependant)Comprehensive company benefits package including bonus structure, 25 days holiday and employee perks schemeMicrosoft certified training, and a bespoke career progression planThe opportunity to grow your career with exposure to a host of industries, and projects including fresh D365 F&O implementationsWorking in a like minded, team environment where no 2 days are the same!Interested in a fresh challenge for 2021?
