Our client is embarking on one of the largest digital experience transformations globally, completely rethinking how their services are offered both in the UK and internationally. They are hiring creatives to work in-house and have the luxury of well-established partnerships with the leading names in tech. This programme will be the most innovative, technology driven initiative to be executed within the industry over the coming years. Overview:Working as part of the Digital Engagement Programme, this role will work to ensure all new digital content is in line with the ambitions of the new marketing experience. This role takes ownership of the content and its strategy required to fulfil the ambitions of a fully personalized digital experience across the entire CX. Role Responsibilities:Content Strategy and DesignWorking closely with internal stakeholders, external partners and content creators, develop the strategy and Agile plan required for each use case of the Digital Engagement.Conduct an audit of existing content available to ascertain value and opportunity for reuse.Develop the recommend plan required to deliver the content plan for each iteration of the programme.Working closely with external partners and internal resources, ensure that content requirements are linked to the personas developed and the wider content strategy.Working closely with internal and external colleagues, take responsibility for the content design and creative direction.Working with process resources Design and document the process for content upload to the new digital platformsCX Content Delivery and ManagementPrepare, brief and plan resources to deliver the new contentWorking with the product team ensure, content is created with personalisation and replication in mind.Working with both external partners and internal content resources, project manage and own the delivery of the required content as part of an Agile delivery team for each use case of the programme.Using an iterative model, continuously monitor performance of content and make amends as required to provide the required results.Manage the workload of content resources across internal and external teams ensuring that content delivered is delivered on time to budget and is of the required quality.Provide reporting on content delivery to the programmeProvide Creative direction to content and campaigns delivered as part of the programme ensuring close alignment to both brand guidelines and the wider CX strategy.Content CreationDevelop content for digital products as required across, copy, video, performance, and animation.Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all digital outputs.Work closely with content resources to ensure content embraces new design and CX principles.Champion new designs and processes across the organisation.Work closely with other content resources across the organisaion to share best practice. Essential skills & experience:Creative and customer focused approach.High levels of emotional intelligence to work with varying parties with differing needs and expectationsProactive, independent, responsible attitudeAbility to communicate and explain complex issues in clear, concise, persuasive language.Can work collaboratively as part of a product team.Can work at a fast pace and to tight deadlines.Understands the art of the possible and can deliver a roadmap to reach it.An understanding of customer experience disciplines and designing for omni-channel experiencesHave a great eye for detail, colour usage, typography, iconography and layoutKnowledge of video, photographic and graphic design asset production including post production and after effectsExcellent project management skills with a proven ability to work under pressure and effectively manage competing demandsStrong editorial skills, with good judgement and an excellent eye for detailCreative, dynamic and adaptable with a 'can do' attitude and a strong track record of deliveryIdeally, you'll also have:Demonstrable knowledge of Agile principles, methodology and delivery experienceDemonstrable experience of delivering SCRUM projects to budget and timeSignificant knowledge of modern marketing techniques, process and technologiesExperience developing personalised content strategiesSignificant experience managing content resources in an Agile environment Head of Content, Content lead, Strategy, Design, Development, Agile, Adobe, Sensi AI, Dynamics 365.
