Technical Services Manager / Infrastructure Manager - Cloud / Server / Virtualisation An excellent role has become available at a rapidly growing cloud based IT services company for Technical Services Manager / Infrastructure Manager, with strong knowledge and experience across Windows Servers, Virtualisation and Cloud Technologies. The role will be a combination of hands on and people management, and you will be a senior technical point of escalation for a team of engineers as well as taking a lead in project work. You will be working on the latest technology in an innovative environment. The company has seen significant growth year on year and are looking for infrastructure manager / technical lead, to work with a range of customers on a variety of complex projects. The role will involve installation based project work and management of a team of engineers where you will also act as a point of escalation. RequirementsThe ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a passion for technology and willing to be hands on as well as the ability to lead a growing team. You would ideally have experience / knowledge of (not all essential):Windows ServerVMWareActive Directory NetappAzure/AWSStorage / Backup DevicesFirewallsNetworking / Routing / SwitchingGeneral troubleshootingMentoring or management of technical teams A 'can do' attitude is a must and the Infrastructure Manager / Techncial Lead will have the opportunity to shape the role and be a key member within an expanding organisation. A full driving license is required for this role with some work being conducted on client sites.
