Maintenance Manager

£38'000 - £42'000 Basic + Day Shift + 25 Days Holiday + Christmas Shut Down

Are you a maintenance manager or an engineer aspiring to lead and want to join a thriving, British manufacturing success story? Enjoy working for a company doubling in size in 2021 and have your ideas heard and implemented. You'll be part of a close knit team and be key in helping this company achieve their ambitious goals.

This company have built an excellent reputation for their products and have been thriving despite the pandemic. Due to imminent retirement they are looking for a maintenance manager to take the reigns - you'll be looking after a small team of 10 direct reports as well as helping to make improvements throughout the plant, whilst being well rewarded.

Your role:

* Maintenance manager role - hands on when required

* Leading a team of 10 engineers

* Suggesting improvements and projects

* Providing training and development to the team

You will have:

* Multi skilled maintenance engineer background

* Good mechanical and electrical skills

* Ability to lead, motivate and organise

* Project experience, improvements

* Ability to commute to Renfrew
