Change Manager - Finance - 6 - 9 monthsChange Manager - Finance - 6 - 9 months The pay rate on offer is £700 per day.The duration of the contract is 6 - 9 months.The location of the role is London (remote working). The implementation of the Finance Operating Model will be complex as it will be phased across a period of months and years, at the same time as other changes are taking place. The Change Manager role will be critical in ensuring that our adoption interventions are appropriate for the impacted teams and that we remain aligned with the People and Transition work streams. Key responsibilitiesPartner CFOs for each Finance function and their leadership teams in delivering the change activities to successfully transition their organisation from current to future stateChange project is migrating finance systems from Oracle to SAPPoint of contact for the programme for multiple business units in regards to change management functionInput and influence change management plan and activitiesSupport with learning & training aspect of change within the programme - working closely with HRMatrix / dual responsibility:Aligned to a specific finance team (CFU / CU), responsible for all change activities related to the transition of activity to shared services and to the organisational changes within that Finance teamOwnership of specific adoption plan activities, defining requirements and creating deliverables for tailored deployment by each CFU / CU Key experienceExperience implementing operating models essentialPrevious finance change management experience essentialExcellent written and verbal communication skills e.g. PowerPoint decks and presentation thereofFacilitation skills - ability to hold audience and adapt tone as requiredResilience and tenacity in getting the job doneInfluencing and collaboration skillsProject management skills, and ability to prioritise own deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities and timelines quickly and easilyExcellent stakeholder management, at all levels
