Today, we have developed software to support all aspects of recruitment and hiring, a next generation ATS, which is making some big waves in our market. We’re a small company doing some big things and we’ve developed quite a following for our recruitment software and advertising solutions. We’re also growing and looking to double the size of our Development team in the next two - three years. Because of this, we are now looking for an additional QA Tester to join our ranks and enable us to deliver on our exciting roadmap for 2021 and beyond.
Your Role As part of our QA function, you’ll be working in tandem with our Development, and Support teams to ensure all new functionality is tested to the highest standard. Specifically, you’ll complete release and regression testing for each monthly platform update and various larger projects/modules. You’ll be working within a dedicated testing and QA environment and will play a vital role in an established Agile software development cycle.
About You To be considered as our next QA Tester, you will need: - Experience in a QA testing role
- Knowledge of testing tools and issue tracking systems
- Experience with developing and maintaining test plans Although not essential, an awareness and understanding of web technologies and frameworks, such as HTML, JS and/or Bootstrap would be beneficial. Other organisations may call this role QA Tester, Quality Assurance Tester, Software Tester, Testing Analyst, Software Quality Tester, Tester, Test Analyst, or Test Technician.
