CNC Programmer (Sheet Metal)

£25,000 - £32,000 + Full Training + Progression + Pension + Benefits

Rochdale (Commutable from: Bury, Oldham, Bolton, Manchester, and Ashton-under-Lyne)Do you have a strong Sheet Metal background and shop floor experience?Are you looking for a varied, days based role within a leading company, where you will be fully trained up in CNC Programming and AutoCAD design?If you're looking to work within a successful and well-established company in a clean and friendly factory environment, offering a varied and interesting role then this is the job for you.This is a highly regarded and industry leading company that design, manufacture and supply a diverse range of products into the automotive, industrial and aerospace markets.This position would suit someone with a strong background in Sheet Metal with shop floor experience, looking for full training to become a CNC Programmer & CAD Designer.The Role:

- CNC Punch Programming

- Sheet metal development and pattern making

- Working with the production team to improve product design and manufacturing processes

- Full CNC Programming and CAD training

- Monday to Friday, days based roleThe Person:

- Strong sheet metal background (apprenticeship or similar preferred)

- Shop floor / Manufacturing experience

- Looking for full training and development in CNC programming and design

- Any previous CNC / CAD experience will be an advantage
