Technical Consultant Cambridge to £45k
Technical Consultant (Salesforce CRM Agile). Opportunity for a talented Technical Consultant to utilise their skills within a friendly, collaborative and supportive working environment. You'll be part of a successful, award winning technology consultancy that delivers CRM solutions to public sector and local government clients.
As a Technical Consultant you'll work closely with a range of clients, mostly within the public sector, to help them solve business and technology problems whilst supporting them to achieve their goals. You'll spend 1 - 2 days on client sites to gather requirements using Agile methodologies and will then deliver solutions and suggest changes and improvements. You'll later demo these to the clients on site, emphasising how the technology can help deliver these solutions.
You'll need to be within a commutable distance to the Cambridge based offices as you'll spend 1 - 2 days a week there once they re-open.
Requirements:
Experience working with the Salesforce software platform or a CRM
Previous experience within a consultancy / client facing role delivering technical projects
Familiar with Agile methodologies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Desirable: Salesforce certified Admin or App builder
