Welcome to this world class interlocking company based on the Kingsbury Road in London. This company is part of a wider group of international interlocking companies with its parent being a top 50 FTSE PLC. The company has great ambitions for growth through increasing sales via new geographies and products.

In order to deliver the sales growth via current product and new product development (including SMART portfolio growth), this company is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join what is a relatively new Production Management and Operations teams to step up the engineering capability and deliver best in class operational and process improvement. The role will ensure that manufacturing engineering processes are sustainable using lean tools to drive execution.

You will be BEng/MEng qualified in ideally Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering. You will have spent up to 3 years within an excellent company known for engineering excellence, performing the role of manufacturing engineer and will be able to confidently articulate your methodical approach and how you deliver results. You will understand what good looks like from your experience and will be able to propose new ways to proceed using data/analytics and logic to share with your colleagues.

Salary is from 38k to 42k. Company pension scheme, health insurance reimbursement, free London parking, 25 days + 8 bank holidays, employee share option awards.

Initial interviews will be conducted via video call with onsite interviews to follow. This is a 100% site based role in the Operational Business area so applicants who wish to work from home should not apply for this role.
