Senior Technician - Outwards ReinsuranceCity of London
£60,000 - £90,000 per annum
An Insurance client based in the heart of the City is looking for a Senior Technician with proven history and exposure in Outwards Reinsurance operations.
Mandatory Requirements
* 10+ years of Outward Reinsurance processing experience,
* Understanding of a reinsurance processing platform and its functionality.
* A good understanding of the ceding process from an inwards perspective
* A good understanding of the downstream Financial impact and processes.
* A good understanding of Facultative, Treaty, and XOL contracts including
* A good understanding of operational aspects of recoveries
* Solvency II and Regulatory Reporting Requirements
* Understanding of Collateralised Funding
* Ability to liaise with Client Team who are managing the placement process
