Salary: Perm - £50-90k, Contract - £500-£700 p/d
An exciting opportunity for a Senior Spacecraft & Satellite RF Engineer to join a leading provider of Space solutions has opened. The Senior Spacecraft & Satellite RF Engineer will lead RF Engineering and be heavily involved in a range of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Spacecraft & Satellite RF Engineer to join a team dedicated to innovation in the Space industry.
The ideal Senior Spacecraft & Satellite RF Engineer will have the following key skills:
Design of radio system architectures.Design of RF front end circuitry.Practical experience in RF hardware testing.Full lifecycle product development experience.Ability to use Software such as GNU Radio, USRP and lower-level digital interfaces in software or VHDL are desirable.Communications protocol selection.
The Senior Spacecraft & Satellite RF Engineer duties will include:
Responsible for all RF sub-systems on the satellite.RF circuit design from architecture and schematic design to simulation and test.Liaise with suppliers and partners in acquisition and development of new systems.Deliver RF analysis for mission and platform projects.
