Business Process Analyst - London/Remote Working Business Process Analyst - London/Remote Working The location of this role is in London, however currently remote working The duration of the contract is 6 months initially The pay rate on offer is up to £550 per day Role PurposeAs part of the Transformation - Client Business team, The Business Process Analyst role is part of the Enhancing Client Experience CHARTER and will be responsible to lead our business and operational process improvement for performance & Reporting, progressing our reporting and data/results distribution from monthly process to a daily process and lead the embedding of operational excellence across multiple operations team in client operations, performance & reporting function of the Asset Management business. Principal AccountabilitiesKey activities and decision-making areas:Working with business leads and SMEs, Identification of areas for improvement and redesign using disciplined approach to analysis issues with the current process and workflowsRedesign of operating models, in conjunction with business teams, using lean sigma principlesDocument current stated and propose future stateSupport improvements on Data management and quality initiatives as part of process improvementPropose future state model and track implementation of agree process improvement initiativesManage introduction of BPM automation using the Asset Management workflow toolsEstablishment of performance measurement criteria, measurement and analysis of impact of changeFurther evolution of new operating models /workflows based on performance measurement of changes and analysis of those changes including workflow automationChampion/lead initiative to drive / lead changes including training/coach other members of the transformation and operations team In addition:Deliver the project in line with Group's Business Transformation Framework (BTF) and control methodsInitiate the project, obtaining authorization to start the project and engaging with the project SponsorProduce the business case for the project, developing and reviewing costs estimates and using a value tree to surface benefits and outcomes of the investmentMobilize the project team and define roles and responsibilitiesProduce a well-defined project plan, identifying the key milestones and assigning responsibilities/resourcesDrive a culture of operations excellence achievement and ensure pace by identifying and removing barriers to project successPromotes and takes accountability for project quality; identifies opportunities to improve delivery and oversees the governance process to reduce risk and ensure effective and timely decisions are takenAdopts Group EPMO standards and best practice e.g. Confluence/JIRACollaborates and builds positive stakeholder and business partner relationships, obtaining buy-in from partner stakeholdersSets the pace and operating rhythm, driving a culture of achievement and ensures pace by identifying andKeeps focus on the medium- and long-term goals and the Group's values particularly when under short term pressureManages change E2E including implementation within the business to ensure the change lands well and sticks, contributing to benefits realizationManages project closure and handover to the business Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:Passion about Operations ExcellenceAn individual with a proven track record of BPI - business process improvement and process re-engineeringAn individual with a flair for design of solutions including process automation.A good understanding of the asset management business. Specifically, the business processes around performance calculation, attribution, factsheet, client reporting, data management and warehouse that support those business processesUsed lead sigma or similar methodologies for process improvementWorkflow automation and roboticsExperience in Agile delivery and working with Jira and ConfluenceAbility to experience support decisions with sound reasoning. Ability to clearly articulate business and regulatory implications of analysis and findings.Self-starter with proven ability to work collaboratively within a team to problem solve and who can influence and motivate people around them.High quality written and presentation skills.Adaptable and can thrive in a diverse work environment.
