Site Manager (Commercial)

Bristol

Monday - Friday (Days)

3 Month Contract (potential for extension)

£200 - £250 an hour (Ltd Co/Umbrella)

Are you an Site Manager with experience in Commercial projects looking for your next immediately available, days based contract position in the Bristol area?

The company are a highly respected industry leader in their field who offer Retail fit out for the commercial sector. Due to a securing a new, large project they are looking to expand their team on a Contract basis with an Site Manager.

The successful candidate will need to have a background in Commercial fit out projects and who is looking for their next immediately available contract, days based role.

On offer here is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager who is looking for an immediately available, days based contract role if wanted for a market leading Commercial company.

The Role:

*Site Based role in Bristol

* Commercial Site Management: Tool Box Talks, H&S checks, Liaising with the Client, Managing the sub-contractors, issuing and signing off timesheets.

*3 Month contract (potential for extension)

*Immediately available, contract role

The Person:

* SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Safety

* CSCS card

*Experience in commercial projects

* Available immediately
