Working to the Head of Product Management, this role is accountable for directing the delivery of one or more CQC core digital products or services by leading a plan of work across the team. What we're looking for from you... We are looking for an individual with a strong digital delivery background, to work in a fast-paced delivery-focused, agile environment with multidisciplinary teams. You will support and coach high performing teams, where people are excited and engaged about the work they are undertaking. You will be adept at breaking down barriers for your team, and both planning at a higher level and getting into the detail to make things happen when needed.
