I am looking for a BI Developer to Join a global Client of ours who provide dental implants for their patients. This role proactively communicates and collaborates with external and internal customers to analyse information needed and functional requirements. This may be through the creation of reports, analysis of data, project work, cube building and recommendation of Data input. Role & ResponsibilitiesOwnership and development of Microsoft Business Intelligence (PowerBI) stackPlanning, Budgeting & Financial reporting using SQL SSRS methodologiesDemand Management & Planning using Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2Monitor forecast accuracy and compare against existing SSAS forecastTake responsibility for the understanding, set up and ongoing support of the supplier forecasting processNew Project Co-OrdinationInformation Management & Review - oversee data ownership in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 and associated cubesProduce monthly Warranty and Complaints data and work with QA DepartmentInitiative and forwarding thinkingSkills & QualificationsEducated to Degree level or equivalent in an IT backgroundExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft Business Intelligence (BI Stack)Has three years' experience working in technical business environmentExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2, SQL 2012, SQL 2016Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Microsoft SQL

Server Analysis Services (SSAS) & Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)Good exposure to cube developmentExperience working with File Maker databases and providing supportExcellent analytical, modelling, report writing and presentation skillsExcellent general computer skills, including Microsoft Office, particularly EXCELWorking knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, 2012, 2016Pays attention to detailCan demonstrate experience of creating project plans/timetables and delivering outcomes on timeIs able to work without close supervision but is equally at home with taking directionCan demonstrate with examples of creating success in teamsWilling to work a BSI standards environmentDemonstrates enthusiasm, drive and flexibilityFollow ITIL standards for internal Report Requests and Change Control proceduresReview data security, access and handling of reports.
