Excellent opportunity for a Cloud Engineer with a strong knowledge of AWS to join one of the UKs most successful Managed Application Services and IT Solutions providers in a varied and autonomous role. This well-established business are one of the largest and most successful technology companies in the UK. They have been in operation for over 24 years and are currently investing huge sums of money into their Cloud Solutions programme and as a result have the need to recruit multiple Senior AWS Cloud Engineers.

In this role you will deliver large-scale cloud migration projects and engage with key customer stakeholders to understand their business needs and convert these in deliverable technical requirements. You will also mentor members of the team, delivering feedback and supporting other engineers to help them resolve complex issues.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of AWS and experience with at least one scripting language such as Bash, Python, Pearl, R or JavaScript. You will have experience writing technical content and be able to communicate with non-technical stake holders.

The Role:

*Delivering large scale cloud migration projects for clientele

*Mentoring more junior members of the cloud team

*Technical report writing

* The business support complete remote working and have several offices based around the UK and are fully flexible in regards to home or office based working

The Person:

*Experience with AWS

*Experience writing technical Documentation

*Basic knowledge of Linux

*Experience with at least 1 scripting language

*Any experience with Hashicorp Tooling such as Terraform/Vault/Packer or Vagrant is beneficial but not required
