Data Engineer (SQL Python ETL iOS Android) *Remote Interview WfH* Market-leading FinTech that is carving a revolutionary path in the financial services space is seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join their cross-functional team.

The company has created a breakthrough mobile platform that is transforming the way people save money, and as a Data Engineer you'll help to make mission-critical decisions through collecting, transforming, storing and serving the data across all sectors of the business.

As a Data Engineer you'll help to develop robust ETL pipelines and automated processes for ingesting and processing data, as well as developing, managing and extending data warehouse and data models to create a foundation for internal reporting.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with SQL and Python skills, and knowledge of AWS cloud platforms. They are currently embarking on a digital transformation from monolith to microservices architecture, so any familiarity/ exposure to this is beneficial.

Requirements:

You have knowledge of SQL and experience of managing data warehouses

You have knowledge of AWS

You can use Python to process data and automate processes

You're can interact with databases and web APIs for processing data

You understand reporting and data modelling best practises

You have excellent communication skills
