Excellent opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join a rapidly growing and exciting company with progression and influence in the business.

This company are a multi-disciplinary building services consultancy focused mainly within the UK industrial sector. They are expanding into residential, commercial and leisure sectors and would like a Senior Electrical Engineer to join the success and continue to achieve excellent and outstanding things as an individual and with the company.

This role involves monitoring the quality of work produced by electrical/mechanical engineers and insuring installation and projects meet clients standards and local regulations. You will support and/or lead a number of projects whilst using your design and leadership skills to constantly meet the clients needs and drive junior colleagues forward.

The ideal candidate will have project design experience in electrical engineering, experience and understanding of integrated design in buildings and knowledge of sustainable design and low energy buildings. You will also be competent in specification writing, design/drawing for all building types and have strong IT and AutoCAD experience.

The role:

*Monitor the quality of the work produced by electrical/mechanical engineers.

*Monitor the quality of the contractor's electrical/mechanical installations, ensuring they meet the client's requirements and local standards / regulations.

*Working close with multi-discipline professionals i.e. - architects, surveyors, and contractors etc

*Leading proposals/quotes from initiation through to submission with the client

*Up to £55'000 + Progression + Growing Company + Flexitime + Holidays

The Person:

*Project design experience in electrical engineering

*Experience and understanding of integrated design in buildings

*Knowledge of sustainable design and low energy buildings

*Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - word, excel, etc.

*Operational understanding of QA systems

*Leadership and management skills
