IT Support EngineerCheshire
£25,000 per annum
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Engineer to join a reputable and rapidly expanding business near Alderley Edge.
This expanding IT function needs a motivated and personable IT Engineer to join their support function, helping to support the entire group.
This is a hands on and varied role, there are no siloed teams - you will only escalate issues that youre unable to resolve yourself.
We are just looking for someone with a good foundation providing IT Support, who wants to take the next steps in their career.
This company places a lot of focus on training & development so youll be able to support all types of issues; Desktop, Infrastructure, Network etc.
This is a busy fast paced environment so no day will be the same!
Skills & Experience:
* Experience providing IT Support
* Strong verbal and written communication
* Knowledge around some of the following; Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory, Windows 10, LAN / WAN, VoIP, Service Desk tools (Freshdesk) etc
