Our Head Office HR Services department is looking for a confident, driven and technical individual to join their dedicated HR SAP Operations team. You will be a fundamental part of the team that supports the introduction of SAP related systems for Payroll and HR Administration and ensures the ongoing optimisation of the SAP infrastructure and all contiguous systems. This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

SAP HR support for Payroll and HR Administration users including system problem-solving and trouble shooting.

Technical support and problem solving for wage and salary procedures in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external SAP consultants.

Responsible for the technical maintenance and optimisation of business processes in SAP associated with the Payroll and HR Administration function

Supporting the implementation of the company's digitalisation strategy by ensuring alignment between the system and actual business processes

Creation of user manuals and delivery of user training courses including concept presentations.

Ability to transfer the technical elements of SAP into understandable concepts and instructions for users of all levels.

Liaison with centralised Lidl International departments and other Lidl countries to co-ordinate the implementations of company-wide HR processes in SAP

Installation and testing of SAP support packages and releases, including annual adjustments.

What you'll need

Previous experience working with SAP HR in an end user / super user capacity.

Experience managing large volumes of data.

Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and in depth.

Driven and motivated with a positive outlook, curious and able to solve problems.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Confident with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Collaboration skills working across departments with users with differing levels of knowledge and experience.

Highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
