This is an amazing opportunity for a talented IT Support Engineer to join an exciting, well-established Managed Service Provider in the UK. This MSP is looking for someone who can work remotely from home and in the field as occasionally as required.
You must also have great customer service skills as you will be client-facing. This company offers an amazing opportunity for growth and career development through courses and leading IT technologies being delivered.
You will be based in the Manchester area working remotely from home providing 2nd Line support to the helpdesk, however, occasional travel to the other offices would be necessary or to client sites to provide support when remote support not possible. The candidate will need a driving licence and their own transport, but the use of a company van could be considered.
Skills Required:
- Microsoft Office 365 Services - Exchange Online, SharePoint
- Microsoft Azure Services
- Active Directory
- Windows Server Support (2019, 2016, 2012 & Small Business Server)
- Networking (LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, IP Addressing, Routers, Switches, Access Points)
- VoIP / Telephony / MS Teams
- Active Directory
- Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Anti-virus & Anti-malware
- Hardware & Software configuration and setup
Desirable:
- Microsoft certifications
- MSP Background
- Helpdesk / Service Desk experience
