£60,000 - £70,000 + Autonomy + Holiday + Pension

On offer is the chance to join a growing company in an autonomous role, reporting directly to the General Manager, which will allow you to prove yourself and progress in a long term career.

Based in South Molton, this company are a growing manufacturer in the UK and have been consistent in their success since the start. Due to their ongoing commercial success they are looking to take on a Production Manager to support the General Manager by overseeing the manufacturing facilities at the site.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the production department, ensuring health and safety procedures are followed, liaising with other departments and planning the production schedule. The company strive for a culture of continuous improvement so you will also be involved in driving continual improvements projects, change management and minimising wastage, improving quality and capacity.

This is the ideal role for someone with senior management experience within a manufacturing industry looking for an autonomous role with a growing manufacturer.

THE ROLE:

*Overseeing the Production Department

*Driving changes and investment to ensure maximum productivity of the site

*Lean and continuous improvements

*Ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to

THE PERSON:

*Senior Management experience in manufacturing

*Health and Safety qualifications

*Knowledge of continuous improvements and lean methodologies
